Environmental Review
An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is being prepared to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to analyze and disclose a project’s potential effects on the natural and human environment as well as to identify mitigation measures and alternatives to avoid significant effects.
On August 22, 2024, the City of Los Angeles Department of Planning issued the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), a key milestone in the City’s environmental review process for the proposed Mirabel project. A copy of the DEIR can be found here. Copies of the DEIR are also available at the following libraries: Los Angeles Central Library, 630 W. 5th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071; Fairfax Branch Library, 161 S. Gardner Street, Los Angeles, CA 90036; and Memorial Branch Library, 4625 W. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90019.
